Overview:
WD Chart is a graphical traffic monitor that shows the performance of any inbound or outbound trunkgroup in 15 minute intervals over the past 36 hours. The program reads the real-time CDR data collected by Switch Watchdog and then graphs five key measures of route performance in color-coded stacked charts. This unique real-time visual presentation makes it simple to spot trouble or downward trends in quality, as well as day-to-day fluctuations that could indicate changing market conditions.
Features:
The program displays five charts in a stacked configuration to allow visual association of different statistics occuring in the same time period. The statistics tracked are as follows:

  - ASR (in red)
  - Average Call Duration (in blue)
  - Average Answer Delay (in violet)
  - Total Minutes (in yellow)
  - Total Calls (in green)
Hardware Requirements:
WD Chart must run on the same PC that is running Switch Watchdog, so its hardware requirements are those of Switch Watchdog, namely:

  - Pentium II or better
  - 128MB Ram
  - 4GB Hard disk
  - Network card
