Background
Switch Management Corporation
was established in May 1999 to provide a new generation of OSS
software to international telecom carriers. Recognizing that
increasing worldwide competition and deregulation would challenge
profit margins, Switch Management created a unique suite of
revenue assurance tools that provide carriers with the competitive
advantage they need to succeed in today's tough market.
Products
Switch Management's products
include the Watchdog family of real-time
switch monitors, various graphical traffic analysis tools, and
its revolutionary WebCDR Web-based
wholesale billing service.
Looking Ahead
It is our belief that
vendors have just begun to scratch the surface of the supplementary
application market for telecom switches. As convergence forces
new functionality from the traditional switch, new applications
will be required inside and outside the switch to enable and
manage these services. Switch Management will continue to innovate
in areas where insightful software design can lend new efficiencies
to carrier operations and management.
